Old Town Centre
City Night Run
Ten kilometres through closed streets after dark. Marshals with head torches make the whole thing possible.

Ten kilometres after dark
The old town closes to traffic for three hours and the whole route runs under street lights. It is the most atmospheric event of the year and the one where marshals matter most.
Every marshal gets a head torch, a high visibility jacket and a briefing on their junction. You are never alone on a post and there is always a coordinator two minutes away.
Where we need people most
Junction marshals across the twelve crossings, a bag drop team at the start, and a small crew to take down barriers once the last runner is home.
